We know you love nature as much as we do
You choose the time you want to work as a volunteer, but the objective will always be the same: to get to know closely the reality of the Amazon rainforest and the Zanja Arajuno Ecological Center.
We work through self-management in research, environmental education and community participation oriented to the protection, care and conservation of wild species in Santa Clara - Pastaza.
We offer the Hands-on Experience, i.e. the opportunity to contribute to nature conservation through reforestation, flora and fauna conservation, nature reserve maintenance, bio-construction projects, environmental education, etc.
You can be part of our program
As a volunteer it is not essential that you have specific knowledge or previous experience on any subject, but you must have a real interest in the conservation of biodiversity and the Amazonian context. Be flexible with possible changes of activities and weather. Your initiative, commitment, responsibility, and teamwork with the activities are fundamental.
